That takes the shine off my 17 minute 1/2 mile tonight. well done.
I was exactly 1:50/100m for the first 1/2 mile, then slowed down just a little after that.
That’s an incredible time!
Thanks. I think we’ve had this conversation before, but it’s all relative. This is a fast time for me, yet the winner of the Windermere swim did 23min miles – 10.5 times consecutively – in cold water!
